2024: Blue Bombers

Cadwallader remains one of the most consistent and valuable contributors for the Blue Bombers on special teams and once again finished with 16 tackles in that department — tied for second most on the club with Michael Griffin II, one behind Michael Ayers. Cadwallader now has 54 career special-teams tackles, all as a Blue Bomber.

He also blocked a punt in a win over the Calgary Stampeders on July 12th.

Cadwallader was also named the 2024 winner of the Cal Murphy ‘Heart of a Legend’ Award, presented to the player who has shown ‘outstanding sportsmanship and dedication to the Canadian Football League and the community.’ 

2023: Blue Bombers

Cadwallader continued to be a fixture on special teams for the Blue Bombers in 2023, finishing with 16 tackles on the kick-cover units — third on the club behind Nick Hallett (20) and Kerfalla Exumé (17). He dressed in all 18 regular season games as well as the Western Final and Grey Cup.

2022: Blue Bombers

Cadwallader appeared in all 18 regular season games and both playoff contests in 2022. He finished with 14 tackles on special teams, second on the club to Mik (e Miller, who added 16 to his CFL-leading all-time total of 226.

2021: Blue Bombers

Cadwallader dressed for all 14 regular-season games for the Blue Bombers in 2021, his rookie season, plus the Western Final and Grey Cup.
He finished the year with eight tackles on special teams, one more on defence while also forcing a fumble. He also forced a fumble in the Western Final win over the Saskatchewan Roughriders and registered three special-teams tackles in the Grey Cup victory over the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
Cadwallader was selected by the Blue Bombers in the 7th round, 64th overall, of the 2020 CFL Draft.

College

Cadwallader spent three seasons at Wilfrid Laurier, appearing in 13 games over that span. He played the 2019 season with the London Beefeaters (CJFL), appearing in eight regular season games and registering 22 unassisted tackles and two assisted tackles and two sack. He also recorded three interceptions – one of which he returned for a touchdown.
