Holm Staying Put

2024: Blue Bombers

Holm continued to be a force in the Blue Bombers defence in 2024, establishing a career-high in defensive tackles with a team-leading 85, while adding one fumble return, four tackles on special teams and nine pass knockdowns.

Holm started all 18 regular-season games plus the Western Final and Grey Cup last year. A West Division All-Star in 2023, he has appeared in 45 games for the Blue Bombers, 40 of them starts.

He signed a one-year contract extension to remain with the club on January 15, 2025.

2023: Blue Bombers

Holm took a massive step in his second full year with the Blue Bombers, establishing himself as one of the best halfbacks in the CFL while earning a spot on the West Division All-Star team.
Holm finished second to Adam Bighill on the team with 64 defensive tackles and added two quarterback sacks and two interceptions while playing in all 18 regular season games plus the Western Final and Grey Cup. He had two tackles and a pass knockdown in the Western Final win over B.C. and then seven tackles, a knockdown and interception in the Grey Cup loss to Montreal.

2022: Blue Bombers

Holm signed with the Blue Bombers on May 23, 2022 and worked his way onto the lineup as he appeared in nine games, four of them starts.
Holm made his CFL debut on June 24th against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and his first start on September 17th in Hamilton.
He finished the season with 21 defensive tackles, three more on special teams, with one interception, two pass knockdowns and one tackle for a loss.

College

after an outstanding college career at the University of North Dakota.
Holm appeared in 47 games, starting 25, during his days with the Fighting Hawks and registered 103 tackles, six interceptions, 33 pass knockdowns with a pair of fumble recoveries and forced fumbles.
He earned All-Missouri Valley Football Conference honours during his redshirt senior season (2020-21) and was named as an honourable mention to the MVFC All-Academic Team.  Holm was named UND’s most-valuable defensive back in his junior season and as a freshman was named to the Big Sky All-Academic Team.
Holm also played rugby in high school and was part of the  USA High School All-American Rugby Team that travelled to France and Belgium in March of 2016.
