Search ‘Winnipeg Blue Bombers’ in your app store
*THE GOLD APP IS OLD AND NO LONGER ACTIVE, THE BLUE APP IS THE CURRENT VERSION. Remember to have the blue icon app as this is the most up-to-date version.

Logging in
Once you’re logged into the app, and when you tap ‘Tickets’, you’ll be asked to log into your ticketing account (which can be different from your app login)
Viewing Tickets
Once you have logged in, tap the ‘Tickets’ icon in the bottom right corner
You will be prompted to log into your Winnipeg Blue Bombers ticketing account or Ticketmaster account to view your game day tickets
Once logged into your ticketing account or Ticketmaster account, your game day tickets will appear under ‘Tickets’
• You may need to toggle between your accounts to find the account the tickets are under
Choose the game you want to view by tapping
Select ‘View Barcode’ to access the barcode for entry. Please do not take a screenshot as the barcode changes constantly and screenshots will not be scannable
Add your tickets to your mobile wallet for ease of access at the game
• Tap ‘Add to Apple Wallet’ or ‘Add to Google Pay’. This will also allow you to access your tickets without an internet connection
*Apple Wallet: If you transfer your tickets to your wallet, please note there will not be a barcode. Tickets will be scannable by contactless tap feature
Transfer Tickets
In the Winnipeg Blue Bombers app, find the tickets you’d like to transfer under ‘Tickets’.
Select the game tickets and hit the ‘Transfer’ button.
Choose the seats you want to send. Then tap ‘Transfer to’
You will then have an option to choose to send tickets to an existing contact or manually enter a recipient

Receiving Tickets
When someone transfers game day tickets to you, you’ll receive them in an email or text
• Email: Select ‘Accept Tickets’
• Text: Click the link to open your Account Manager and accept your tickets
Sign into your Winnipeg Blue Bombers Account Manager or create an account if you do not have one
• The email address the ticket was sent to must match the address on your account in order to claim your tickets
Select ‘My Events’
Select a game and your scannable bar code will appear
