Eric Deslauriers
Deslauriers joined Winnipeg’s staff on January 10, 2025 as a Senior Director of Player Personnel. He had previously served as the Senior Director of Football Operations/Player Personnel with the Montreal Alouettes.
Deslauriers played nine seasons in the CFL, all with the Alouettes, after being selected by the club in the first round, seventh overall, in the 2007 CFL Draft and caught 99 passes for 1,334 yards and scored three touchdowns in 115 games. In 2011, he caught Anthony Calvillo’s historic 395th touchdown pass, which allowed the CFL’s most prolific passer to climb into first place all-time in that category.
The former Eastern Michigan University Eagle helped the Alouettes raise the Grey Cup twice, in 2009 and 2010.
A native of Calgary who grew up in Quebec, Deslauriers brings experience to the Blue Bombers in several areas, including in the evaluation of Canadian players for the CFL Draft and in pro scouting. He was Montreal’s CFL Draft Coordinator from 2016 to 2018 and was promoted to Football Operations Director in December 2019.
