WINNIPEG BLUE BOMBERS CHRISTMAS IN JULY 12 DAYS OF GIVEAWAYS

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

THIS CONTEST IS OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC) AND IS GOVERNED BY CANADIAN LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Christmas in July 12 Days of Giveaways (the “Contest”) is sponsored by the Winnipeg Football Club (the “Sponsor”) located at 315 Chancellor Matheson Road, Winnipeg, Manitoba.

2. Eligibility

This Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its parent, related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, member clubs, prize suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies, contest administrators, or any other parties engaged in the development, production, or distribution of Contest materials, as well as those living in the same household (whether related or not), are ineligible to participate. By participating in this Contest, entrants acknowledge compliance with, and agree to be bound by, these Contest Rules.

3. Contest Period and Structure

The Contest begins on July 13, 2026 (the “Contest Start Date”) and ends on July 24, 2026 (the “Contest End Date”). The Contest consists of twelve (12) distinct daily giveaway pools (each a “Daily Giveaway”).

Entry windows, specific draw times, and exact platform instructions for each of the twelve days will be announced daily via the Sponsor’s official website (bluebombers.com) and official social media channels.

4. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Depending on the designated Daily Giveaway, entry method requirements will fall into one of two categories, as specified by the Sponsor on the day of the giveaway:

● Tradable Bits Web Form Entries (“form”): Entrants must visit the designated contest landing page on bluebombers.com, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Tradable Bits entry form during the specified daily entry window, and provide all required information (such as first name, last name, email address, and phone number).

● Social Media Share/Tag Entries (“social media share/tag”): Entrants must follow the directions posted by the Sponsor’s official social media account(s) (e.g., Instagram, X, Facebook) for that daily prize pool. Entry requirements may include liking the post, tagging a friend, or sharing specified content during the active entry window.

Limit: One (1) entry per person per Daily Giveaway, plus one (1) additional entry per person for each bonus entry by following the Bomber Store on Instagram and Facebook and by signing up to be a Bomber Insider subscriber.

5. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (ARV)

Prize Terms:

Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be converted into cash. Lost or stolen prizes will not be replaced. Game and event tickets are subject to standard venue terms and conditions. The Released Parties are not responsible for any delays, rescheduling, or cancellations of games or events.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

For each Daily Giveaway pool, a random draw from all eligible entries received during that specific daily window will be conducted by the Sponsor.

Potential winners will be contacted via email, phone, or direct message on the social media platform used to enter (dependent on the entry method). Up to three (3) attempts will be made

to contact each selected entrant within a forty-eight (48) hour period following the draw. If a selected entrant fails to respond within this timeframe, they will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be chosen at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Skill-Testing Question

To be confirmed as a winner, any selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor.

8. Release and Indemnification

Before being declared a confirmed winner, selected entrants may be required to sign a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release form. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Winnipeg Football Club, its member clubs, prize suppliers, advertising/promotional agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to the administration of the contest or the awarding, receipt, possession, or use/misuse of any prize.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, X, Facebook, or any other social media platform used for entry.

9. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, amend, or suspend this Contest or any individual daily giveaway pool at any time and in any way, without prior notice, if any factor interferes with its proper administration as contemplated by these rules. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and is governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Manitoba. Any dispute shall be adjudicated by the courts sitting in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
